Practice areas

Instead of already specializing in-depth in a specific (tax) field, Rosanne is trying to get in touch with as many aspects of taxation as possible. She believes it is important to first acquire a broad basic knowledge of tax practice and only in the long term develop an elective affinity for a particular specialization.

She currently focuses on tax litigation (a.o. contesting the benefits of all sorts of a property free of charge and Flemish taxes (inheritance tax and registration tax)) and on advising (international taxation, investment taxation, direct taxes). Finally, she is no stranger to compliance practice (UBO, CRS).

Publications and other professional activities

Rosanne regularly attends the redactional meetings of Nieuwsbrief Registratierechten and hosted multiple seminars on foreign real estate, registration taxes etc.

“Taxation is constantly changing: legislation, jurisdiction and doctrine change almost every day. In addition, every client needs a customised solution. Bringing all information together into a practical, viable whole is satisfying. ”

Leisure

Rosanne is a cheerful chatter who likes to play badminton or try other sports in her free time.
